PHANTOM is a decentralized system that is operated by a delegated proof-of-stake consensus protocol. It will allow users to create private smart contracts and transmit private transactions within the network.

PHANTOM (XNC) will be forked o ARK on the end auf August. Users who are holding ARK coins in their private wallet on August 30th will receive free XNC in 3: 1 ratio i.e, 3 XNC for every 1 ARK.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. XNC will be forked off ARK on the end of August.
2. Users that are holding ARK in their private wallets will receive free XNC in 3:1 ratio i.e, for every 1 ARK you hold you will get 3 XNC.
3. The snapshot will occur on August 3oth, 2018 at 00:00 UTC.
4. There is no manual claim action required before the snapshot occurs.
5. PHANTOM will use the public key that is associated with your public address and will generate a PHANTOM address to credit your XNC.
6. Some days after the August 30th snapshot you can check how many XNC coins you will receive by entering your ARK address into the balance checker.
7. Follow the official claim guide on Medium to access your XNC after the fork.
